The subject of service is becoming more and more important. Time is money – installations have to work and must not stand still because a spare part is missing. However, service is much more.
Regular checks of installations and practice-oriented trainings of the qualified staff in the plants are important preventive measures for a trouble-free production process. But in case of malfunction, a short response time ensured by a worldwide 24 hour service, competent troubleshooting via remote service or by the immediate assignment of technicians is also top priority. Reliable analyses of the processes and raw materials as well as the identification of modernization and optimization potentials are important points in a comprehensive service portfolio.
Due to the increasing importance of service, the magazine “Zi” has been focusing on the topic by creating the “Zi Best Supplier Award”.
Participating in the award ceremony which took place during the CERAMITEC fair on the occasion of the „Heavy Clay Day“, the whole LINGL team were pleased to be awarded first place as “Best Service Supplier”. More than 100 brick fabricating companies from all over the world had participated in the vote and elected LINGL as the company providing the best service in the business.
The award confirms the customer-oriented thinking and acting of the plant manufacturer and simultaneously it is an incentive to strengthen and expand even more the focus being on the customers in all business units.
